On Saturday, May 24, 2003 the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the Southern California Earthquake Center (SCEC), the Birch Aquarium at Scripps (BAS), and Scripps Institution of Oceanography's (SIO's) Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics (IGPP) held an earthquake education workshop at SIO's Visualization Center.

We hope the participants enjoyed the workshop and were able to take something away from it to use in their respective classrooms. To ensure participants receive continued access to some of the workshops resources, we've posted many of the websites used by the workshop presenters here.
